We do our best to deliver packages within 15 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and during busy periods.
For deliveries within the EU, no customs fees are usually expected.

Unworn and undamaged items may be returned at your own expense within 14 days.
Standard products (greeting cards, gift cards, and blank items): For these items, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product to us unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You are fully responsible for the costs of this return shipment.
As soon as we have received the return in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price (including any standard shipping costs paid for the original delivery) to you within 14 days.
Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Would you like to return a standard (non-personalized) item? Please email info@gonanasworld.com within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and the reason for the return. Although it’s not required, we’d appreciate it if you could also include the reason for the return so we can continue to improve our service. We’ll then send you the correct return instructions as soon as possible.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it (replacement or refund).
